Ladies Team 'Fishing Again' won the ladies tournament Alpena Brown Trout Festival. Total weight 48.95 with one lake Trout tipping the scales at 21.40 lb 38 1/2in long caught on a Purple Haze Meat Rig with a Light Blue BTB soaked in Herring Oil, behind a 11LB Ridgeback, Rattler 132 down in 140 feet of water.This is the largest Lake Trout caught in the Brown Trout Festival history of 35+ years.

The BigWaterTackle fishing team was featured in "The Evening News" newspaper. Excerpt: Team Big Water Tackle pocketed $917 Saturday in the DeTour "X" Atlantic Salmon Derby. The team took first place with the tournament's biggest fish at 9.28 pounds good for $471 and added another $446 to their tally by weighing in the most fish tipping the scales at 32.73 pounds.
